The Capital Administration and Development Division (CA&DD), Islamabad invites sealed tenders from Sales Tax/Income Tax registered firms/suppliers for purchase stationery, computer stationery and miscellaneous items for the Financial Year 2016-17. The tender documents/specifications can be obtained from the office of the SO (General) CA&DD during office hours at the cost of Rs.500/- (Non-refundable).Tender should reach the office of SO (General) on 28-07-2016 at 12.00 hours which will be opened on the same day at 12.30 hours in Committee Room of Capital Administration and Development Division (CA&DD), “D” Block, Pak Secretariat, Islamabad, in the presence of bidders/their authorized representatives. The following terms and conditions are applicable:-
i. Eligible Bidder/Tenderer must have a registered incorporated company/firm in Pakistan with relevant business experience of three (3) years.
ii. Eligible Bidder/Tenderer must be registered with Tax Authorities as per prevailing latest tax rules (Only those companies which are validly registered with Govt. Sales Tax and Income Tax Departments and having sound financial strengths can participate) and has valid Registration of General Sales Tax (GST) & National Tax Number (NTN);
iii. Eligible Bidder/Tenderer must submitted bid for complete item(s) and relevant bid security against these items.
iv. Eligible Bidder/Tenderer has not been blacklisted by any of Provincial or Federal Government Department, Agency, Organization or autonomous body or Private Sector Organization anywhere in Pakistan(Submission of undertaking on legal stamp paper is mandatory), failing which will cause rejection of the bid;
v. Eligible Bidder/Tenderer has the required relevant qualified personnel and enough strength to fulfill the requirement of assignment.
vi. If eligible Bidder/Tenderer fails to conform to the Specifications, the Purchaser may reject the Goods, and the Supplier shall either replace the rejected Goods or make alterations necessary to meet the requirements free of cost to the Purchaser.
vii. The Purchaser’s right to inspect, test and, where necessary, reject the Goods after the Goods’ arrival at the Purchaser’s delivery point shall in no way be limited or waived by reason of the Goods having previously been inspected, tested, and passed by the Purchaser or its representative prior to the Goods’ shipment from the factory/warehouse.
viii. Eligible Bidder/Tenderer is required under the Contact to transport the Goods to a specified place of destination i.e. in the offices of CA&DD, “D “, Block Pak Sectt , Islamabad.
ix. Eligible Bidder/Tenderer will be bound to deliver the equipment/items within the time mentioned in supply order.
x. Eligible Bidder/Tenderer will deposit 2% of total bid (not less than 50,000/-) and amount (Bank Pay Order) will be attached with the tender document at the time of submission of bid.
xi. Tender bid will be valid for the Current Financial Year 2016-17.
xii. In case of any unforeseen reason, unrest or force majeure on the bid submission/opening date, the tender shall be opened on the next working day at the same place/time.
